Service time is based on the Package you choose, but most services will take approximately 60-90 minutes.

Yes, we do provide bicycle assembly as a service too. You select it in form under the services option.

Rest assured that our certified expert mechanics will test ride ALL bicycles to ensure their proper functioning. Moreover, we highly encourage our customers to take a test ride on their own bicycles to ensure their complete satisfaction before we depart.

Certainly! If you need to reschedule your appointment, please send an email to support@cycleworks.in at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Absolutely! You can book a service appointment for any day, but kindly note that same-day appointments are not available. Service slots will only be available 24 hours after the time of booking.

You can pay Via Cash or UPI.

Please send an email to support@cycleworks.in if you wish to cancel your booking. We kindly request that you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

On our booking page, you can find an option for an additional bicycle, which you can use if you need to book a service for a second bike. However, if you have more than two bicycles that require service, kindly contact us at support@cycleworks.in for further assistance.
